Mobilising for Justice in Belarus

Yauhen Pylchanka was a lawyer of political prisoners Viktar Babaryka and Maksim Znak. On October 20, 2021, a disciplinary proceeding was initiated against him by order of the Minister of Justice. By the same order, Pylchanka was removed from advocacy.

On the evening of October 28, a meeting of the disciplinary commission of the Minsk City Bar Association was held, as a result of which the commission decided to exclude Pylchanka from the bar for systematic violations of thе law on the legal profession.
