Mobilising for Justice in Belarus

The extraordinary certification of Volha Karpushonak took place on August 11, 2021. Based on the results of this certification, it was decided that Karpushonak was unable to fulfil her professional duties "due to insufficient qualifications."

The grounds for the extraordinary certification were allegedly the facts of improper performance by the lawyer of her professional duties, revealed during a random inspection of the bureau’s activities.
