Mobilising for Justice in Belarus

On July 14, 2021, the Qualification Commission considered materials on the termination of licenses against Zvyahintsau, in connection with the application of disciplinary sanctions to a lawyer in the form of an exception from the Minsk Regional Bar Association for committing offences incompatible with the title of a lawyer (committing actions that discredit the title of lawyer and the legal profession).
