Mobilising for Justice in Belarus

Uladzislau Philipovich acted as a lawyer in the case concerning the fight with riot police on June 19 in Maladzechna. His clients received 3 and 3,5 years of prison and were recognized as political prisoners. On 24 March 2020, Philipovich was disbarred due to ‘the inability of a lawyer to fulfil his professional duties due to insufficient qualifications’.
