Mobilising for Justice in Belarus

Siarhei Pichukha was disbarred after he committed an administrative offense, which concerned him attending a protest demonstration. On 24 March 2020, the disciplinary commission concluded that such actions discredited the title of a lawyer and the legal profession, entailing therefore termination of his license.
