Mobilising for Justice in Belarus

The inspection of the Qualification Commission on the issues of advocacy in the Republic of Belarus on 4 March 2021 revealed the alleged facts of violation by several lawyers of the Law on the Bar, the Rules of Professional Ethics of a Lawyer, violations in the preparation of legal documents, contracts for the provision of legal assistance, orders. Mikalay Yotka was among those lawyers. The commission decided that Yotka was unable to fulfil his professional duties due to insufficient qualifications.
