Mobilising for Justice in Belarus

According to the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus, Kanstantsin Mikhel took part in public events without the appropriate permission of the local executive committee and has been charged with the corresponding administrative article: 23.34 – Violation of the procedure for organizing or holding mass events. On 19 February 2021, the Qualification Commission concluded that the above actions discredited the title of a lawyer and the legal profession (misdemeanor incompatible with the title of a lawyer), and therefore entailed the termination of his license.
